Estimate your Biological Age from X-rays
In an article in JACC Cardiovascular Imaging, we describe a deep learning system we developed to estimate biological age from a chest radiograph. As chest radiography is the most common diagnostic imaging test, this provides ample opportunities to assess aging from existing clinical data. We showed that this deep learning system, CXR-Age, can predict long-term all-cause and cardiovascular mortality beyond chronological age.
