Marco Guevara

Data Scientist

 

Marco is a Data Scientist at AIM, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications for Radiation Oncology. His research interests include automatic recognition of social determinants of health in clinical text, and biomedical relation extraction. Marco’s goal at AIM is to provide useful research in NLP for radiation oncology, and ultimately assist medical professionals with AI.

He received his undergraduate degree at Brandeis University in Linguistics in 2018, and then graduated the Computational Linguistics Master’s program at Brandeis in 2022. He started at AIM as an intern during the last semester of his master’s and is now excited to be a full-time member of the team.
