Vasco Prudente
Research Scholar
Vasco Prudente is an MSc in Data Science for Decision Making and a research scholar at Artificial Intelligence in Medicine (AIM) Program from Harvard-MGB. He obtained his MSc degree at the Faculty of Science and Engineering of Maastricht University, The Netherlands, and is currently enrolled in the PhD program in the School for Cardiovascular Diseases (CARIM) – Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at the same university.
In Mr. Prudente’s second year as a Master student, he worked as a Deep Learning research intern at Maastro Clinic, The Netherlands, developing prognostic applications using medical imaging. There he found how much Artificial Intelligence may contribute to the development of medical research, and he is dedicated to focusing his best efforts and applying his knowledge to the benefit of the AI role in precision medicine.
